How it works:  Now, Alliant Express an act as your "virtual" purchasing agent! If you are purchasing goods inside the USA, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, Latin or South America, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Cuba, or Bermuda, simply register with VPAX!  We'll set up your VPAX account and register your bank account and credit cards for payment.  Then, whenever you need goods of any kind, simply place an order in the hands of your VPA.  Here's what he'll do.

A) Stage One:  He'll obtain a price quote from up to three vendors of your choice, or will find the goods on either a "first found" or 'best of three choices" basis.  The price quote is returned to you by email or fax.  We do NOT identify you to the Seller, accordingly all purchases are entirely confidential!

B) Stage Two:  You are then free to either CONFIRM the order or REDEPLOY the request or CANCEL.  You can also discuss additional needs or make adjustments at this time.

C) Stage Three:  Once you've decided to APPROVE the order, you then render your payment to Alliant Express.  We collect the payment and then PURCHASE the GOODS and SHIP them to your designated forwarding location anywhere in the world.  We can provide insurance, special security arrangements, and even installation services for goods that require installation.  We charge only a modest fee (about 3% for goods, 6% for real property, with volume discounts available) for the service, plus shipping charges, if any. (Governments and Academic organizations  are welcome, too!)

THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT!

What can we purchase:  ANYTHING at all. 

What can we not purchase: we do not engage in any purchases which would otherwise break the law of the country where the purchase are made, nor can we delivery the shipment in any way that would break the law of the country where the purchase is made, or where the shipment is ultimately delivered to.

Other than that, anything from a Paperclip to a brand new Boeing 787, and everything in between is fair game!
